Using the service

These terms describe the babydoll dance ai creation service. Selecting a photo displays a local preview. Submitting generation uploads your photo to our storage and AI provider to create your dance video.

Your content and consent

Only use photos you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission from identifiable people before animating their likeness. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive endorsements or illegal content. Do not submit intimate content or use a minor's likeness without the appropriate guardian permission.

You retain the rights you hold in your input. Generated output may contain visual errors, may differ from its source, and may not be unique. You must check the rights to any music, photo and resulting video before publishing or using them commercially. A template name does not grant a music or choreography license.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and use accurate account information. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, bypass usage controls or disrupt the service.

Availability and payment

The interface and its samples demonstrate the intended experience; samples are not a guarantee of individual results. New videos use 720p generation and are delivered as MP4 files. Dimensions, duration and results depend on the inputs and model. Generation success, completion time and commercial-use clearance are not guaranteed.

Credit packs are one-time USD purchases through PayPal: $9.99 for 100 credits, $19.99 for 270 credits, or $29.99 for 450 credits. Credits expire 90 days after the purchase is credited. Generation reserves 90 credits per video. Failed tasks return their reserved website credits once, with the original expiry. Successful tasks retain their charge. Returning website credits is separate from a PayPal cash refund. Applicable statutory purchase rights remain unaffected.

Service changes

Features may change as the service is updated. Access may be restricted for misuse. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
